The National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) is periodically administered by the U.S. Department of Education based on assessments administered to samples of students in each state. Federal regulations require the display of state level NAEP data on the Annual Education Report. These data represent the performance of the most recent sample of Michigan students on the NAEP.
