Do training programs make a difference in the time it takes to get a job, or how much money someone makes? Do test scores in
high school predict someone’s success in the job market? You can view data by county,
Prosperity Region, and also by
Michigan Works! Agency area.
To be included in the Workforce reports, a person must have left school between July 2009 and June 2012, and
visited a Michigan Works! office for services.
Here are some other questions you can answer with workforce data:
- How long does it take Biology majors to get a job in Michigan?
- Does not graduating from high school affect someone’s job prospects?
- How many people get jobs in the same city in which they graduated from high school?
