CEPI collects personnel data from school districts via the Registry of Educational Personnel (REP) two times during the school year. The data below includes staff counts by FTE, educational level, and other demographics.

  • FTE Data section: files provide count data of staff members reported with FTE. The file organizes FTE data into tabs by State, ISD, District and Buildings; this file is produced each year.
  • REP Summary Report section: data are separated into files according to a demographic; these files are no longer produced.
  • The section at the bottom of the page provides access to staff data that are no longer collected.
